sorry if this is in the wrong place!

I have a usb tv tuner stick but the picture is a sit jerky like the frame rate is slow, when i run a dvd on the software it too is jerky so im guessing its the software not the usb stick. Could you recommend a program that would see my usb stick as it install seperatly

have you tried it in another usb port, is it doing the same thing no matter what port you plug it into?
