Is it time for a new computer??

My current computer is 3 years old and its having alot of problems. Hard drive is maxed out, Its always slow, You cant download anything from websites, Cookies dont work, and the dvd burner doesnt work. The specs are 120GB 2.53mhz pentium 4 with 512mb of ram.

I was thinking about buying a new computer from http://www.ecollegepc.com/

These are the specs i can afford nothing over $1200. is this a good place to buy from and a good spec sheet for a comp.... or should I wait it out till 1st quarter of 07.

The graphics card is the weakest point, unless you don't want to play any games on it, I would reconmend you upgrade that. Also, the PSU is kinda cruddy too.

Hmm alright i checked out that other website. And i dont see any features for a tv tuner. nor do i see the light scribe feature.
