128 MB of RAM? Bleh. If you get that you should upgrade the RAM. Other then that the other stuff seems pretty good for a mid line gaming machine. Also get a better PSU (at least 430 watts)

I'd have to say no. If you're willing to build it yourself, you can get a much better deal.

I would say no also, but im not sure how much the parts by themselves cost over there. As ceewi1 said, you can get a much better deal building it yourself.
