Is my comp/graphics card good for gaming?

These are my computer stats..

And my graphics card is: ATI Radeon HD 4200


I thought that would be just about good enough to run games like league of legends or counterstike, or even minecraft, but i still get low fps on all of those games. Why is this?

Its not really a graphics card. Its the integrated video on your motherboard. Your processor is not bad, certainly not the worst. I'd add a 6770 or similar and you should get some decent frames. Would probably need to replace the power supply as well, if its a prebuilt.
