Is my computer worth what I think it is?

I have a Dell precision workstation 490 and yes, I am aware it is old. It has the original motherboard along with 2x Intel xeon x5355 2.66GHz processors and 32gb of RAM to go along with the board. I also have a cheap sound card and the AMD Radeon r9 280x graphics card. It is run on a 750W power supply and uses a 1TB hard drive and a small 16gb SSD. I was thinking somewhere around $650 - $800 max. Are my calculations correct from my research? This computer is really meant for servers and a workstation

Your calculations are somewhat correct. Dual CPU machines are always expensive and dual CPU configuration also makes very difficult to estimate value. Altough that machine uses quite rare and expensive FB-DIMM, R9 280X and 1TB HDD brings it some more value.
