So I have no idea about compatibility, this is my first build, and going into this I thought it wouldn't matter, i'm getting the XFX nForce 780i motherboard, and it says that it can support ATA/133 Hard drive interface, what's that mean? I already had a hard drive picked out but it was a SATA or whatever, ok i'll get to the point. My motherboard has sata connectors but it says it's hard drive interface is ata/133, so can I still use the hard drive on the mother board?
