is my internet too fast

ive just been activated on bethere internet on the value package (8meg) i ran a speed test and it says my connection is 10meg, the stats from my router says im connected at 13meg,

• 20GB of downloads
• 1.5MB down

This is my 8 MB up/1.5 MB Down line...

Something must be wrong this morning considering my ungodly high ping to the server and because my upload speed has been pretty steady lately at close to 3 mb/s.

I was paying for 4mb with road runner then they upgraded me for free to 10mb... don't know why so your not the only one. But i have upgraded again, What do you think?
