Is my laptop going to fry???

I'm at my gf's house, and it's really hot on the computer room where I have my laptop setup. I have the window open, and a steady breeze is blowing in, but my laptop is still hot hot hot. With the cooling pad on, my HDD is 122* F, and my Processor is 155* F. I've seen the processer almost peak at 175* F but now it's coming back down. I had some streaming video I was watching, and the processer was pretty busy for that moment. I just don't want this thing to fry on me. Any thoughts?

I doubt that it will fry, generally temps are measured in Celsius though. While that is hot, it is roughly 79*c, which is a safe temp for now.
