Is my MacBook Pro clean?

Basically, I bought a MacBook Pro in November, and lent my Windows 7 laptop to my younger brother. I had some coursework - PSD's - on there and when I went to retrieve them to edit on my Mac, I found some... questionable material on my Windows machine. First off, the history showed me that various websites had been visited... mostly involving women, if you catch my drift. Then, saved to the downloads folder were numerous videos of... guess what? More women in compromising situations. I then cleared the history and cookies etc. from Chrome. I have avast! installed on my Windows machine, but it hadn't been updated for months, so I ran a virus scan, along with Windows built in malware/spyware checker. Since I was on a time limit because the work had to be in for the next day, I wasn't able to run a full scan with either program, just a quick one. Everything came back clear, but since it had been a while since avast! had been updated, I updated everything on it and then re-ran a quick scan. Again, it came back clear.

I then saved the PSD's onto a flash drive and put them on my Mac. I have VirusBarrier X6 (paid version) installed on my Mac, so I scanned the PSD's with that. They came back clean.

So that's that regarding the files transferred from my Windows machine, but today, I attempted to access phandroid.com, and received this warning;

... even though phandroid.com is a reputable forum and I always go on there.

I've also caught my brother use my Mac to go on video streaming sites, such as letmewatchthis, movie2k, and their respective host sites, such as putlocker, fileshare, nova movie, videoweed etc, as well as a gossip magazine called sexy something, which I got a bit worried about cuz I thought it was yet ANOTHER compromising website... turns out it was a site with information on a new Steve Carrell movie.

So anyway, I've ran a full scan with VirusBarrier X6 and it's come back clean... so would that be enough to say that my MacBook, as well as all the files on there, as well as the PSD's from the Windows Machine are clean? There's no viruses, spyware, malware or anything bad on my Mac at all? How about the warning from Safari I received?

... sorry for the long post, I just like to keep my computers clean, lol.

Thanks!

That warning can often appear when you visit a site that someone flagged as having malware even if it doesn't. Or a site that isn't recognized as safe. I get that message everything I check my domain email.

If your scanner shows up empty, I would be satisfied. Viruses for OSX are very uncommon. Even if there was malware on the site, it probably wouldn't hurt you anyway, because it is designed for Windows.
