Is my memory reading right?

I have this 2 of this memory:

It reads 256.7MHz but for a 667 DDR2 stick shouldn't it read 333MHz?

On the BIOS the memory option is set to Auto. Should I choose the option 667 (333MHz)?

It looks like it's set wrong. Before you go changing anything, are you sure you have DDR2-667 and not DDR2-533? Can you post the screen of the SPD tab?

I have the extact type memory in slot #2.

In that case you should be able to change the RAM speed in the BIOS to 667 and that's all you need to do.

Thanks. I tried doing that yesterday but I think I didn't press save configuration I just exited from it.

That's the right speed (within 3MHz). 333MHz x2 = 667. So you've got it running as it should be
