So, about a week ago my HP computer locked up. After attempting to restart it twice, it wouldnt turn on. The only thing that would happen is that the power button would flash for a brief second and the fans would spin for about two seconds then stop. I initially thought it was the power supply but that wasn't the case as the led on the back was solid. I tried some other suggestions from HP forum such as reseting the CMOS and testing the RAM sticks one at a time but still got nothing. Does this sound like a mobo issue or maybe something else? Any help is appreciated.
