is my motherboard and videocard compatible?

I have a Asus M3N72-D motherboard and a EVGA GTX 460 1 gig super clocked. Is the motherboard compatible together?

I have a lot of issue trying to run both together. I would get a black screen and no image with the 460. I don't even get option to go into bios or anything

But when I put my old 9800 GT in everything works fine.

So is the motherboard my issue? or am I just missing a driver or something?

What power supply are you running? You need at least a 450w PSU with two PCI-e power supply connectors.
