Is my motherboard compatible with this kind of memory?

Well, the board can handle it but it'll be maxed out. Why don't you look for another board (generally very cheap) and you can find a better one anywhere. (Look at MSI, ABIT, ASUS, Gigabyte)

Its not an issue of the motherboard supporting it per se but rather the CPU :) From the specs of the mobo i would say it is supported but id advise you to avoid SiS chipsets like the plague

Ok so it will work. So what do you mean by the CPU will it be like over worked or something or will it fry it. I defiantly don't want to harm my CPU

BTW my CPU is 2800 Athlon 64

So what do you mean by the CPU
I mean that support for memory will be from the memory controller ... in the case of an Athlon64 system which has ondie memory controller this essentially means that memory support is a property of the CPU rather than so much a property of the motherboard

Well it was on it's way to my house when I had asked about it, so I have it already. I put it in and I got a 1 sec. beep and nothing on the screen. I tried looking up the MB Beeps and couldn't find anything. I also tried swapping the slots and everything but no action.

Thanks guys for all your help, I wouldn't know what to do without you guys!!

1 beep usually means it's fine. Check that you have the video card plugged in right and that the monitor is receiving a signal.

What I forgot to add is that it kept on giving me the 1 sec beep and I pushed everything in and still nothing on the screen. It just kept beeping until I held in the power button to shut down.

i'd just advise u to get a new mobo, foxconn doesnt reli seem reliable from my experiences.
What experiences might these be? Foxconn specializes in no-frills-get-it-working products.

Foxconn makes fine boards, they just don't have any extra bells and whistles.

1 repeating beep is a usually a memory error (not sure what BIOS Foxconn uses on that one)
