Is my motherboard compatible?

I would like to as for your help in telling me if the processor, video card, and ram I have chosen are compatible with the motherboard I have ordered. I am building my son a new computer for Christmas, and would just like to know if all of the components I have chosen are compatible.
I have an XFX nForce 780i 3-way SLI motherboard
and was planning on ordering a XFX GeForce 9800 GT 512MB video card,
a AMD Phenom 9950 2.6GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 cache socket AM2+ 140W quad-core black edition processor, and
CORSAIR XMS2 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) ram.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
 
Umm...apparently the motherboard you picked is LGA775 for Intel CPUs (Core2 series). The Phenom ain't gonna work on it, even if you manage to actually install it in the first place which I think is impossible without breaking stuff...
