Is my motherboard toast?

Hey all,
everything was working fine the night before, but then today when I turned on my computer, I have a problem...

when I turn it on all the fans go on (high speed like always) except this time they stay on like that.
I do NOT hear the Bios Beep when it goes on.
there is no signal to my monitor (I have a video card)

Think my motherboard is toast? or the processor?

It shouldnt be, since its only 2 years old... but I dont know.

if your cpu was toast, then there would be smoke...
try takin it to a repair shop or something because i dont know what your problem would be in this case. your video card could be broken or the pci slots could be screwed or even your hard drive could have some problems.
 
Yeah, your best bet is to bring it to a qualified shop for an assessment.

There could be so many things that are the cause we might be guessing all day.
 
Hey all, so I found out by asking some computer guys as well as my friend (who knows computers really well).

He says the motherboard is pretty much done for,
So I'll be getting a new one this weekend...
I'll let you all know how it goes.
 
if you cant find the problem yes you can take it into a shop but if you have another pc try swapping the video cards and if working means its your motherbard if no pic still it is your video card
