Is My Proccessor still okay?

While testing if my computer worked or not I switch my PC's power on and one of my power supply cables got in the way and the fan got stuck for a good 2-3 seconds, is this serious? in terms or damaging my CPU? After that I turned on my computer and my BIOS screen came on just fine, but if the CPU is fried can the computer still run? because it does but I wanna make sure my CPU isn't fried or anything.

Don't worry about it mate, I'm pretty certain that your CPU should be fine.

If the CPU is fried, you won't see anything on the screen Besides, a processor won't fry if the fan gets caught. Most won't even fry if you REMOVE the heatsink.

most cpu will just slowdown and then shutdown when they get to hot
