Is my Ram Overclocked?

Thats The ram i have...

I have my FSB at 233 and i switched my timeings to

2-3-3-6..

it says its at 233fhz

well here is the screen..

im new to ram overclocking thats y i asked..

And i guess this is the reg timings??

lower the fsb so you can get your memory and fsb 1:1, around 220MHz, i think it's too much for the memory to be OCed to 233MHz, you can raise the memory frequency for about 20-25MHz max

Yah, i'm with alot of forums thats cool, its just weird how i go to 2-3 diff forums and see users asking the same ?'s, i like to point it out for some reason.
