is my ram runnin at normal speed?

yes 200 x 2 = 400 which is why they call it double data which is why it says ddr400. they could put ddr200x2

your system is curently runing at 133mhz , because your cpu cant run the ram at its max speed(200) , but you could overclck your cpu to achieve the max speed...

Yeah, your RAM is running at 133Mhz, 200Mhz is the Max speed.

Umm...correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never seen a 3.2 GHz Prescott that runs at 133 FSB. As a matter of fact, I ran a search on Newegg, and all the results came up as having 800MHz FSB (which would allow RAM to operate at 200MHz, not 133).
Kalson: check your bios, make sure that the RAM is set to operate at 200MHz. Also, I see you have a 512 and a 256 stick, make sure that they're both PC3200.

yea , i think your rite, i didnt even look at his processor, maybe he has a pc2700 or pc2100 stick of 256
