Is my ram running too hot?

I have a zalman fan controller with temperature sensors on it attached to my 2 sticks of ram (G.skill ddr2 1066) and it says the temp is aprox 27-28 degrees Celsius. I also have a antec spot cool fan above them, but they run only 1.2- 2 degrees cooler. Is my ram too hot, or is this normal.
PS i don't overclock my RAM.
