Is Newegg an Authorized Dealer?

I would hope so, but I don't see this listed anywhere in their policy. When you buy something other than open box items from Newegg, are you guaranteed that it's a new product direct from the manufacturer? Can anyone point to where this is in their policy?
 
I have not seen it...

But most of they times they have lowest prices...

THey must buy tons on wholesale...

SO they must be..
 
I think so and yeah there products are new and it shows. They sell used products and open box products with lower prices and they tell you.
 
You don't have to be an authorized reseller to get good discounts on huge, wholesale orders. Any standard supplier, such as ASI or Supercom will give big discounts when you buy at the volume Newegg and Tiger Direct buy at. I have no doubt that they are authorized retailers of at least some of their products though.
