Is only one thing capable of being saved on a clipboard?

If copy photos or text on a PC. I know it's saved to the clipboard. If however, you copy another sentence or photo will the previous one be deleted forever? Or at least a hassle to find?

Do you have Windows 10? If so, go to Settings and type Clipboard into the search field. Check to make sure Clipboard History is turned on.

Once you're sure it's enabled, press the Windows Key + V to pull up your clipboard history at any time.

So basically if it's enabled someone in an internet cafe could see my photos or phrases from a few copies and pastes back? How do you prevent this?

You can just also hit Win+V and it gives you the option to turn it on directly.
