Hi,

Ive been having troubles with my computer but want to eliminate the power supply being the problem it has 2 +12v rails both have a minimum output voltage of 0.4A and maximum output voltage of 16A is this good enough for a:-

Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 mobo
AMD Athlon 3200+ 2.1GHz

1. What video card are you using.
2. It's probably OK (assuming the video card isn't a high end/SLI card), but the total +12V amperage would be helpful.
3. Just because the PSU is sufficient doesn't necessarily mean it's not causing your problems - it could just be a defective unit.

OK, found out its the PSU tryed another one and it worked the power supplys too small (380 watt) and 16A MAX on the 2 +12v rails so thats 32A on the +12v? now I need a new supply will this one do it?

It will need to power 4 fans on my coolermaster praetorion case a Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 mobo and an AMD Athlon 3200+, ATI radeon 512 mb pci-express graphics card.

16A MAX on the 2 +12v rails so thats 32A on the +12v?
It's actually quite rare that dual rails sum like that. If you've determined it's the PSU, it's not really a problem though. You haven't told me what model graphics card you are using, but either of those units will be sufficient for pretty much any single card build (unless you're using about a dozen hard drives :)).
