I heared there is a trick or a oftware that make my ISP don't count my time online, i.e I will have unended account.is that true?I'm speaking about dial-up access.

i dunno about ISP rules, my gf gets her 56K connection free from her moms work. she just punches in there phone # and gets connected. free internet lol. and i dont think they count your hours either. theres probably a software that will mask your actual online time, but if your caught with it your connection will probably be terminated and a fee willl take its place lol.
 
You could hack the ISP's server and disable that counter. After that you'll have unlimited internet in the jail! :D
