Is the crossfireX compatible?

Well i think im gonna get a new computer soon cause honestly everything about upgrading and overclocking is just not workin out for me... So i had one question cause im still savin 4 a new comp and i think i might be able to squeeze one more upgrade in before i do.

I was wondering if my computer is "crossfireX" compatible and would it even be worth it considering, or at least i think, my computer only has one graphics card expansion slot?

Would it work with the built in card?

Any how here are my comps specs...
