is the HDD the bottleneck?

ok my mum has a computer the specs are
Intel Celaron E1200 1.6GHz but i have OCed it to 2.5GHz got it to 3.3GHz thow
GA-73VM-S2
2x1G DDR 800MHz
thermaltake 430W PSU
ATI 2400Pro
an old 120G IDE HDD
now the computer is used for internet, music, watching movies an burning.
Accesing files is rely slow an i think it is the HDD could someone conferm this for me.
if it is i am going to get a W.D SATA3.0 160G would this speed it up a fair bit?

It isn't hard. HDD shouldn't be bottlenecking anything by much.
