It should. Your system should be DDR, in which yes, your system should be compatible with it

As long as you do not exceed 4gb of RAM, it will work fine. May I sugest you keep all RAM the same size, this is not required, but its just a good tip. If your looking for a 1gb duel inline memory modual (DIMM) let all your DIMM slots have 1gb sticks in each slot. Mixing is not a great idea, just because it can be done does not mean its a good idea.
Note: When I said it would be fine as long as you do not exceed 4gb of RAM, that is only for his particular board. Differant motherboard can handle differant amount of RAM.
