I have one its seems to be a good card and at the price it is at now its a bargin. It can max out games like brother in arms hells highway and i can play far cry 2 and crysis with settings on ultra high though without any AA. For the price you carnt fault it really.
I'm running one on a junky old 460w Dell PSU, its never given me any problems and its a dandy little card. However, the 4770 is practically as good, and can overclock to meet or exceed the 4850 for less power and cash. The 4850 is still the better card, but not by much. Keep it in mind and have a look around for yourself though, don't let me sway you by myself.
I think its a good value card from all the research I have done and should balance well with that system. Im not sure how much difference the memory from 512mb to 1gb makes but I would always get the 1gb version between the two.

Unless you're gaming at very high resolutions, the extra memory is just a waste of money. It won't outweigh the cost for the very slight increase in performance. If you decide to go the 4870, don't get the 512mb version however, as the card is more powerful and can actually utilize the extra memory properly.
Year I wasnt really sure myself, I only had the option of a 1GB version on offer. I knoticed with I think it was the 4670 or something they had a GDDR3 AND GDDR4 version which I had never seen before visiting that site.
