I think there may be something wrong with my PCpower whose type is HP a1137cl,when the electric equipments are all on in my house.I wanna know wheather the voltage is very important so that the shoulders of the electricity is too heavy. Can't it be too sensitive for my power?
Thanks a lot for your advice!

the voltage at the wall outlet, assuming you are in the USA, should be around 120v ac + or - 10%. There are 2 types of power supplies, linear and switchmode. switchmode is the type used in computers and they can compensate for sags / slight overvoltage from the power line, just like a dam can output the same amount of water as long as the water does not get high enough to go over the top or too low. so I think you are ok, i would be more concerned with current. Since voltage is your potential to do work and current is the work that you do or the work pulled through the voltage. Having said that, as long as circuit breakers do not start popping you should be ok.
