I'm looking to play new World of Warcraft and Diablo.
 
I know i am late in answering you but hopefully this can help. I have built many PC systems using AMD (as well as Intel) and I love AMD. BUT I would not spend my money on either system. I know you want to play those games but seriously save up your money and buy something worth your time and discipline.
 
You can just google the CPU model and the game you want to see how it performs.

That being said the 5700U would absolutely crush the 3250U
