Is there a difference

Quick question-is there a difference between the mobos that are P4 prescott compatible and the P4 HT compatible mobos? For example, between something like

and

would they both be compatible with a P4 prescott processor? BTW, is the first mobo any good?

From what im looking at the cpu u are thinking of would definatley work with both. And about the Evga mobo i cant really tell you if its vrap or not ive never had any expirience with them soo.. youll have to decide for yourself!!
