Me again. I am slimming down my options and I have yet another question.

Both are compatible with my computer. So now its just that I don't really understand the difference as to which one is better. Thanks again!

The second one has 2 more SATA ports and 2 more USB ports.

BLKDQ965GFEKR has 2 more SATA ports and it supports Intel Matrix RAID (via ICH8DO), they both have 6 USB ports on the board and 2 USB headers (bringing them to 10USB ports).
