is there a way in which you can change your region settings unlimited amount of times

i have a number of different region dvd's, however to play other region dvd's you have to change the region on your laptop, ive changed it the max amount of times you are allowed and therefore it is now stuck on region 3. is there any way i can change it again through codes etc. my laptop is a TOSHIBA P10.

this only gets rid of the region lock on the hardware, you still need a region free dvd program.
