Is there a way to stop gadgets from closing

1. There's a computer class at university with Windows 7
2. I've done all the administration settings but there's still a vulnerability - gadgets
3. Gadgets can be re-edited: one can change the size, their functions, even remove the option of them being edited - but never stop users from closing them
4. So please tell me how can gadgets in windows 7 be stopped from being closed - the best solution would be if they won't react to mouse, then may be there's a way to cut off their "close" button, maybe there's a way to have a small area on desktop insensitive to mouse, or maybe there's something else? I'm looking fwrd to any ideas & suggestions (once they solve the problem of gadgets's ability to be closed :)))

i seem to remember hearing about this app a while back...basically it changed the usable desktop area to a certain sized window you designate. so you get something like a picture-in-picture thing going on so whenever you maximize any window it doesn't occlude the designated section of the desktop. and i think there was an option that lets you turn on/off whether your mouse is allowed to venture outside that zone.

so basically you would install this app, create the window to extend to all the edges minus a border for the gadgets and lock your mouse. then theoretically you couldn't close the gadgets, at least by accident

probably not the solution you were looking for, but you said any idea :)

sorry it was a long time ago when i read about it and i don't remember the name of the app. i tried googling things like "change usable desktop area" but i haven't found it yet. if i remember later i'll post back

I've found a solution :))) There's a desktop clock which is operated with mouse right button (so since I've banned both mouse right button & copy-paste function it can not be accessed by a user). I've created a font which is a replica of the one in the clock gadget I used so you can't tell which is which. If anyone needs the programme so here's the link http://www.rtsoftwares.com/Clock/

P.S.: Here's a screen-shot from my computer class
