Is there any good way of reducing motion blurring?

I did some research about the topic on google and found that making a good image from a blurry one requires a lot of time and effort that I don't have. However, I was wondering if anyone of knows of any methods to reduce the blurring at least a bit. I took photos of animals from the local humane society and they obviously didn't understand that a good picture requires them to stay still. Is there any way to reduce the blur at least a little?
 
Yeah photoshop has a sharpening tool but good luck making it any better. It's hard to get rid of blurriness. (If it's even possible)
 
Thanks for the replies. I don't have access to photoshop so I can't really do anything with that. I'd post the pics up but they're of my gf who doesn't want pictures of herself on the internet. Oh well; the pics are for the my senior presentation which doesn't even matter as long as I pass :rolleyes: Thanks for the replies.
 
Does your camera have the ability to adjust shutter speed? Check, if yes jack it up some...this will make your pics darker as well so if its too dark you'll have to counter it by increasing your aperture size or your ISO level. With a shutter speed of 1/400 or so you shouldn't see any blur with normal pictures.
 
Best way to reduce blur is to not take blurry shots.... its boarderline impossible to get rid of blur (properly). You can avoid camera blur by enabling image stabilization, increasing the ISO, decreasing the f/#, increasing the shutter speed, using flash etc :)
