is there anyway to make "boot device menu" pop up everytime I turn on the computer?

Hi folks,
I recently bought a new HDD and installed windows 7 as the OS.
I know that I could use the advance bios setting to change to the boot sequence to my desired drive, but I still need to access my old HDD (wins XP) to work on some project regularly.
so is there anyway to make boot device menu pop up so that I can choose which drive I want to boot from, without going to bios setting every single time? (I am getting very frustrated.)
thank you

Dont know about OEM computers, but most retail boards, look at the bottom of the boot screen, there should be, press a certain key for boot Menu. Like on gigabyte its F12. That way you dont have to go into the bios to change the boot order.

most OEM boards are the same way. F2 on the dells at school, F9 on my HP, and F5 on the Acer. I believe the old thinkpad was F1 boot device and ESC for BIOS.
