is there anyway to play Hitman 4 on my 9200

Many games will see a need for an updated patch. With the introduction of new model video and sound cards alike game manufacturers will often release special fixes for hardware issues that come up. That also includes newer cpu designs as well.

the existing patch already solved these problems for me !

EDIT: except for some bugs in the game
one of them is i killed the guy and it didnt appear in the objectives menu that i killed him
i kept on shooting him and he died in front of me but it didnt let me pass the level
it's the level where i have to get a microfilm from a necklace that woman is wearing...

i have not updated any patches at all when playing hitman Blood Money and have had no problems on any levels including the one your talking about. reinstall the game without any patches and see if that works.

Hopefully you copied all of your game saves to another before reinstalling the game to get back to the same point. It may not be the patch itself but a either a bad download of it or part of the game's map was damaged. A reinstall without the patches will probably require creating new game saves however.
