Is There Malware cleaner I can download for my smartphone?

Help.

I have an Android smartphone that is a Concord II ZTE

I got the following message when I clicked on a link on Facebook this afternoon:

Android Virus Detected

Trojan Mobile OS:/tapsnake

Press OK to to remove threat

Then there was this address at the bottom:

alert.mobilesecurityalert.mobile.com

Is this a fake page with Malware already in or on it?

I simply closed the page and restarted my phone.

My question is: Is there Adware or malware cleaner that i can download for my smartphone?

I use Bitdefender Free on my computer. Been pretty good.

Block Ads with Adblock. It's actually been banned on Google Play. LOL https://adblockplus.org/en/android-install
