Is there 'Oral med.' for chronical Eczema in conjuction with cream

lol, fair enough but in answer to your question theres not really anything oral that will help treat eczema.

The itchy dry nature of eczema is often presented due to the stappholococus that resides within the area in question, the best solution is to use a good topical emolient that can combat it.

Most topical emolients and mositurisers will simply mask the problem by coating the eczema in a moisture bubble but wont attack the staph infection.

Depending on which country your in there are things that can help though

here in the UK the best possible choice would be from Dermol Labs, either their Dermol 500 lotion or possible Doublebase.

Both of these can be used as a soap substitute too so you can shower/bathe using it and continue the added benefit of moisturisng whilst attacking the infection. It breaks the itch-scratch cycle too which is something very few actually do. Meaning that once applied the urge to itch is removed, scratching is what will cause the redness and bleeding from eczema.

Soo get down your docs and ask for an emolient with an anti microbial effect and you should have your solution :)
