Is there Release Date on the FX-8300

Is there a release date on the AMD FX-8300 95 Watt processor? I don't like processors that are over 100 Watts. They run too hot for me.

Is Advanced Micro Devices going to release a four module FX Vishera processor that is 100 Watt or lower for retail?

Why not just get a decent cooler? And you should be able to find one on ebay or something. Or even downclock and undervolt an 8320

Nah, there is always the AMD FX-6300 95 Watt triple-module processor. That thing overpowers my current Phenom II 945. If I wait I am sure that I will be able to get a Vishera Core 95 Watt for around $100.

Not for sure. I guess they just have the lower wattage 8 cores for OEM because of cheaper motherboard with lower power phase/mosfets setups.
