Is there a program so you can take video files and make your own dvd with menu's and everything?

Is there a program where you create a menu for a data cd, like so when you insert the data cd it will pop up with a menu and you can click what option you want to install or view, like how i game works when you insert it?

TMPGEn DVD Author does just that. I've never tried the menu feature but otherwise it's great.

I got Nero Burning Suite with my dvd burner, it works great, ive made a few dvds with multiple menus etc, but not data cd i guess , never tried, but you may be able too, Nero is probably your best choice for burnin software
