Is this 7600GT on TigerDirect.com the same as this 7600GT on NewEgg.com?

Hi,

TigerDirect doesn't show the specs for this card and I found the same one on NewEgg, and I was wondering if the specs are the same for both. Also, I want to know if the TigerDirect one comes with a DVI - VGA adapter.

XFX list a UDE3 and a UDE7 on the same page, not sure of the difference, but since Tiger doesnt list the part number its hard to tell the one it is.
