is this a brill motherboard?

i thinkig of buying a new motherboard as my computer is blocked from overclocking by acer. i plan to buy a gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R motherboards
if any one has bought this mtherboard canu tell me its pros and cons before i make a big mistake or a big change to my comkputer.:confused::confused:
also should i go for this or should i go for a dual core compatible mtherboard like intelDG31DL motherboard
if your wondering why im doing things cheap its because ive no money im 17 with no job!!

You're just planning to replace the board?

You'll need to make sure your current Processor and RAM are compatible
with the new board, as well as making sure your Power Supply has the right
connector.

Also, if this is a Pre Built computer, you will need a Retail Copy of Windows
to reinstall as OEM disks only work with the hardware they came with.
 
don't think it will work, i think the motherboard currently in your acer is in Matx format, the gigabyte board is in atx format, but tell me, do you have 4 expansion slots on your case(like where video comes out) or seven
