Is this a decent comp?

I am 14 and I thought I was going to build a comp. I went to newegg.com and got some parts and it add's up to 400 dollars and this is about right for me becuase I'm on a very low budget can someone tell me if these parts r decent and worth the money?

NOt bad for a P4, although I would upgrade the Mobo and the HDD to a SATA drive. But thats just me and you need to figure out if its in your budget to do that.
