Is this a good budget build

I just got some parts on sale today at Micro Center and this is what i got

Motherboard: Asus M4A785-M

CPU: AMD Phenom II x3 720 Black Edition

Memory: Crucial Ballistix 2GB DDR2-1066 (PC-8500) CL5 Memory Kit (Two 1GB Memory Modules)

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200rpm SATA Gb/s

Dvd Burner: LG Internal SATA DVD+/-RW with LightScribe

Case: CoolerMaster

Powe: CoolerMaster Elite 400W

Cost: $340
 
Now i started my pc with windows xp pro sp2 and everything is running good until i tried to install coreldraw that i have downloaded on my pc. When i start the setup my pc turns off. Can you guys help out what the problem could be. Once my pc is on i can go online no problem but when try to install corel it turns off all the time.
 
Is it just the coreldraw program or is it any program causes it to shutdown? After you installed the OS did you update all your drivers?
