i7 3820 and that board is overkill. Go for a 3570K or a 3770K and then get a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H or UD5H board and save a lot of money there. The i7 3770K is usually faster than the 3820 anyway, and it's cheaper, and you can overclock it to make it even faster. The 3820 isn't a great overclocker.

Wouldn't buy a card from Zotac myself, and you may want to consider the GTX 670 or the 680. They are newer cards. The 670 is usually faster than the 580 and the 680 will definitely be faster than the 580. I reckon with the money you saved by going to an i5 3570K or an i7 3770K with a UD3H or UD5H board you could buy a 680 and get better performance.

Home Premium isn't the best option with 16GB of RAM. It only detects and uses up to 16GB, so you have 16GB of RAM plus however much RAM is on your graphics card, so you'll only be able to use around 13-14GB of RAM depending on which graphics card you get. You'd need Pro or Ultimate to use all of your RAM, or you'd need 8GB of RAM.

Hard drive is slow, that will bottleneck you. Get a 7200 RPM drive with 32MB or 64MB of cache. Seagate make some drives with that spec I know - take it you're in the States? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148681 that would be much better drive. A lot faster.

Doubt you'd need an H80 cooler, go for an H50 or an H70 and save some money there. With a 3570K or a 3770K you'd be able to get around 4.5-4.8GHz on an H50 or an H70 I reckon.

Rest looks fine. :)

That's a much better build there.

If you are only going to be using for this for gaming though, do get yourself a 3570K and save yourself even more money. If you're also going to be using this for stuff like CAD and editing though, then stick with the 3770K.
 
The H70 doesn't come with fans, so I'd recommend getting another 120mm fan for a push/pull config.

You could just get the OEM version of windows, it would only be $140, but you can only use it on that computer.
 
Stick with the Gigabyte motherboard. Not sure exactly what an enterprise drive is, but an OEM drive is one that does not come with an accessories such as a manual or any screws, it's just the drive.
 
If you're after air cooling then something like a CM Hyper 212+ or a Noctua may be worth looking into.
 
Looks good, wouldn't buy a GTX 670 from Zotac though. Look into ASUS, EVGA, MSI or Gigabyte if you want an NVIDIA card.
