Is this a good build?

I've been trying to get different opinions but this is a build I think is pretty good for the money. It's excluding the price of the GPU but please, any suggestion would be great since I know there are people on here that know much more than me.

Well, I just wanted to upgrade since I currently have an Intel i3 that has been sitting on my desk and doesn't play WoW, etc. so I have to do everything on my laptop and I feel like it's better to just build a new one instead of upgrading my old one. But, I would like to do some gaming and photoshop, etc on it. Gaming as in WoW, league and csgo is about it. I just want something that will last for the money I put into it.
