u obviously dont know anything...

the 7900 processes 24 pixels per clock tick

the 8800 gtx processes 128 pixels per clock tick...

do them math

if they had equal clock freq, the gtx would process pixels 5X as fast

Actually, the 8800GTX has unified shaders, so the math doesn't quite work that way, even though the 8800GTX is much better than the 7900GT. I'm just saying that it probably is more around 1.75-2x the performance instead of 5x.
