Is this a good card for a semi gaming PC?

for my secendPC im building up i want it to be a step back for the VC i was going to have a 128MB, it will be used for gaming as said


would a ATI SAPPHIRE Radeon 9200SE Atlantis 128MB DDR be good?

No, that is a horrible card for video gaming. (at least for the newer games it is)

I'd reccommend a 9600 Pro or better.
 
Because it's a 'crippled' version of the 9200, we are talking MX440 performance here more or less.

As stated by Tha Killa, get at least a 9600Pro for light gaming. :)

well then i shall ait untill i sell my next item, i am making the secend PC from the fund i get from selling the PC parts from my main PC that im upgrading. then at the end when i finish the first one then i will start using $$$. butuntill then i shall get my funds from ebay :) so one more item andi sould be able to geta nice enough one....

Still MX440 speed and nothing to game on really, spend a bit more money on a better card or you'll be disappointed when you fire up your games.

Set the bar at the 9600Pro & nothing cheaper, that way you also get DX9 support.

just because it has 128mb doesn't make it a decent card, the mx4000 is 2 card generations old, and the 9200se is the equivilant of 2 gens old. If you're on budget try and find a 5700le 256mb and overclock it a bunch(you'll need some cooling), that's what I have and I can run games like HL2 smoothly on medium settings(directx 8.1 and not 9.0 though)
 
i just saw that card for 15$including shipping and decided i would ask about it since it was so cheap.

well im going to have to sell more anywyas, because i just spent my money on 6 more gameson a new[er] package from steam and included DAY OF DEFEAT!!! YES! THANK GOD!

all they had before were packages that had DoD source when it came out......

even though I have ALL the games except DoD and ricochet it dosn;t matter thats beside the point i finaly got my hands of DoD again! the master lives again! my old clan can now regrow and rule over all once again!
