well it comes stock in this computer I was looking at on newegg just wondering if it would run any high end games

It's not going to run any high end games. You will be able to run games at low resolutions, but that card is just not a performer
For the price it sounds like a good deal. I would be willing to bet the power supply won't handel much more than that card anyway. The power supplies that come with systems like that are not very good. Just don't be disappointed if you buy it and load a game and it does not run like you want. That system will be good for upgrading....maybe in the future when you save up some money you can get a decent power supply and graphics card.
