Is this a good computer to buy?

I want to play games on it(likes sims 3) im into games and everything but not like very extreme ones? Is it good for its price? memory etc? Im just looking for a good computer that will work very well :D

p.s im not like a computer geek but just want a over average one is all, that is fast, that works with many games well is all:)

Yep, it's good as far as the specs go. It won't handle any heavy gaming, but the speed is good enough for anything you'll probably throw at it in the next several years. Price seems reasonable to me, though I don't know the UK prices or the value of the currency over there so my estimates may be off.
 
Price seems pretty reasonable. Specs seem good. As mentioned it's not a killer gaming machine but it should be fine for most anything else you try.

And hack; if I'm not mistaking, it's about 1 GBP = 2 USD. Though things seem to be about 25% cheaper in pounds. So maybe about $625?
 
Yes im not like a heavy gamer, but i do like nice graphics, my brother is a computer geek (no offensive to any of you) and he said its def good, and good for the money, i was gonna get a custom one etc but it'll be more expensive (ive been looking around and things). I just want a computer that is quick and can handle light games and that wont break in seconds.
